Sense Of Community It's Summer and it's hot, hot, hot. Even our friends on the East Coast are experiencing some surprisingly Hot Temperatures. I find such humor in listening to them complain about the heat. We have it here all the time. Remember to check on the Elderly, and take special care for your plants and pets if they are kept outside. Check on your neighbors as well. Even if you don't know them very well, just say hello, remind them to try and stay cool, drink plenty of fluids and stay out of the heat! You will be surprised how much a friendly reminder means to someone who may have no one to care. |
